Apple's first retail store is opening in India

Apple is going to open a retail store for the first time in India. After a long wait, the tech giant unveiled its store in Mumbai on Wednesday.

It may be launched this month itself. It was planned to open in 2021, but was not possible due to Corona.

In a statement, Apple said, Apple designed the BKC taking inspiration from Mumbai's unique and iconic Kali Pili taxi design.

Besides, the retail store has creatively written Hello Mumbai. The store will have an area of 22,000 square feet. The retail store has started recruiting for various posts from January this year.

Customers can pick up various products including the latest iPhone 14 model, MacBook, iPad, AirPods, Apple Watch, Apple TV and HomePod from the Apple Store at Bandra Kurla Complex. Various services are also available.

India is the second largest smartphone market in the world. Almost all Apple products including iPhone are in demand in the country.

Sales of Apple products have also increased in India in recent years.
