The godfather of artificial intelligence is leaving his job, but why?

Geoffrey Hinton, widely known as the godfather of AI (artificial intelligence) himself, is now terrified. At the age of 75, he had a new enlightenment. He is also expressing remorse for his actions. 

He claims that if AI gets more advanced, the danger will increase. Hinton announced his resignation from Google because of that regret.

At this point, Hinton believes, several dangers can arise from AI chatbots. According to him, AI chatbots are not more intelligent than humans. But it may soon become more intelligent than humans.

Hinton, a British-Canadian psychologist and computer scientist, believes that chatbots may soon surpass the human brain. According to him, currently GPT-4 may be surpassing humans in some cases in terms of general knowledge. But overall, people are still ahead. 

But Hinton also thinks it will soon become more acceptable after a step-by-step development. That is why there is reason to worry about these chatbots, he claimed.
