How to find hidden camera with smartphone?

How to find infrared light

1. First, turn on the phone's camera and look at the remote.

2. The remote lights will light up. Either it will stay on, or it will be on and off.

3. If that doesn't work, try both the front and rear cameras.

4. And if it works, scan the whole room with the phone in hand. If there is an active camera, you will definitely see the infrared light.

Identify by looking at the network

You can use an app called 'Fing' to see which devices are connected to the local network. If there is a camera, its name will also appear in the list. 

The Network Analyzer app can be used on both Android and iOS platforms.

If you still don't get anything, you can buy a radio frequency detector from the market to be sure. It can detect any signal coming from a microphone or camera.
