Some Common Mistakes About Charging Smartphones

Mobile phone users have to charge their phones every day. It has become a habit of users. But some misconceptions we cherish about paying this charge.

It means that doing this will damage the phone, doing that will cause battery problems, etc. Almost all smartphones have lithium-ion batteries. And sometimes there are reports of these batteries exploding.

There are many people who are always very careful about charging their smartphones. When the charge is reduced a little, charge it again and fill the battery to 100%. It really shouldn't be done.

There are also some rules for charging smartphones. Many of us make many mistakes while charging. Five such mistakes are highlighted in our report today-

Use the official charger

One of the biggest mistakes is charging a smartphone with any charger without using the official charger. The manufacturer company has made the charger following the capabilities of your phone.

So using any other charger may damage the phone. For example, excessive voltage caused by using the wrong charger can damage the phone's delicate equipment. Official cables should be used not only for chargers but also for cables

Should not be fully charged

Usually, when the charge drops to 20 percent, the smartphone will suggest to turn on the battery saver option with a notification. It is important to charge the phone after receiving such a notification. According to experts, the appropriate load percentage for smartphones is 20 to 80 percent.

Many phones slow down when they run out of charge. So the phone should be charged before the charge is completely depleted. And at the same time the phone should not be charged to 100%. Rather, the phone should be removed from the charger only when it is 80 to 90 percent charged.

After charging, unplug the charger from the socket

Modern smartphones automatically stop charging after reaching 100 percent charge. But that does not mean that the function of the charger also stops.

So phone should not be used while charging. Because while using the phone, the charge decreases, so the phone starts charging again. This may damage the battery.

Heat reduces battery life

Heat has an important effect on battery life. In fact, heat is considered the biggest threat to the long-term health of batteries.

So the phone cannot be charged by keeping the phone in a hot place. Battery capacity decreases rapidly due to excess heat.

Do not use the phone while charging

Many of us keep our phones charged while playing games or watching videos. It is very harmful for the phone.

Because this damages the charging cycle between the phone and the charger. It also increases the temperature of the battery.
